Dehradun, Mar 27 (ANI): Lashing out at the decision of imposing President's rule in Uttarakhand on Sunday, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat said this is a murder of democracy and the constitution. He added that by imposing the President's rule, the Centre has done injustice.
