Create a specific set of goals that are yours. Know what you want to accomplish, and have a plan laid out. Define how much time you will spend, what has and has not worked for you in the past.

Write your goals down and document progress toward and beyond your goals. Once your goals are defined, a workout protocol can be developed that will provide the results that YOU want. Don’t set yourself up for failure.
