Ingredients:
Brinjal, chopped into big pieces Raw Banana, chopped into big pieces Yam, chopped into big pieces 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Mix Masala Coriander Leaves Semolina Salt to taste Oil
Method:
- In a plate arrange chopped brinjal, bananas& yam pieces. - Marinate the pieces with ginger garlic paste, mix masala, coriander leaves & salt. - In a pan heat some oil. - Coat the pieces with semolina and put them for shallow frying. - Fry on both the sides till the vegetables are cooked. - Serve hot with steamed rice & dal.
