New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Former Uttrakhand chief minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on Monday called on President Pranab Mukjherjee demanding the dissolution of the state assembly. Responding to a question on the expulsion of MLA Harak Singh Rawat, Pokhriyal said the government, who has slipped into minority, cannot expel any member from its cabinet.
