In Kapoor and Sons the hot Fawad Khan will also be seen sharing the screen space with the both of them. The movie features Rishi Kapoor playing a vital role with Ratna Pathak Shah and Rajat Kapoor playing supporting roles.The movie is directed by Shakun Batra who got into fame with Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan’s Ek Main Aur Ek Tu which was a quite huge success. He also made some short movies on Youtube which brought the much-needed attention & is produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions Banner.The music of the movie is composed by Amaal Mallik, Badshah, Arko and Benny Dayal. The movie’s production started in early 2015 and Karan Johar instantly thought of Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra to play the leads as soon as he heard the story.
