Keith Tenniswood returns with the second release under his dubwise Radioactive Man moniker (and ICYMI, here's his BR set from last year: https://boilerroom.tv/recording/radioactive-man). Though Dub Vault Vol. II is set to drop this month, the three-tracker of dub, roots and reggae ammunition was recorded a decade ago. "Explosion" opens this second Radioactive Man vault aptly, with a crashing dancehall beat wading through wobbly sub-bass distortion. These are the sounds of Tenniswood's experiments with a Korg ESX1 sampler and sequencer – what was a new toy at the time of production. A credible venture back to the roots of roots music.
Catch Dub Vault Vol. II in its full dubbed-out glory on March 26th via Una Sound.
