Sending US spy planes to Shoal part of Asean protocols, says Biazon

Muntinlupa City Representative Rodolfo Biazon said the sending of United States (US) spy planes to the disputed Scarborough Shoal was part of "exchange of information" under the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) regional protocol.
