Makati estimated high school building to cost only P348.6M, says COA chair

No less than the City of Makati estimated that the cost of the 10-story Makati Science High School building was only P348.6 million, way below the P1.3 billion that the local government has reportedly spent for it, the head of the Commission on Audit (COA) told a Senate hearing on Tuesday.
