Passage of BBL 'act of social justice,’ says peace council member

Bai Rohaniza Sumndad-Usman, one of the members of the peace council formed by President Aquino to study the draft Bangsamoro Basic Law, says the passage of the law will be “an act of social justice and reparation to the Bangsamoro people.”
