Senator Grace Poe’s lawyer, Alex Poblador, says that Poe is presumed a natural-born Filipino citizen as supported by her birth certificate, one of the evidence presented to refute the disqualification case filed against her. The lawyer also says that the rule of the law regarding her citizenship was maintained when the senator was elected.
