After working so hard, to change the outside, it was the inside that needed to change as well. Good Luck David! (I Dont own any rights to this film)
EDIT (26/04/2015) A few people have commented about me posting this vid. I posted this because I could relate to his struggles. However the most important thing about changing your life is maintaining that change. Emotionally, mentally, and physically everything needs to be kept healthy or they all fall down.
I felt like Davids story was similar to mine, that if I just lost the weight everything would be fine. This video is proof in my opinion that change must happen from within.
I am now healthy and at a weight I am happy with and have maintained this weight consistently for over a year now. I did this by firstly improving the way I thought about myself and others. Once I started to feel good, I started to eat good. I stopped eating any processed foods. Especially sugar, it's poison to me. Fastest way for me to put on weight it sugar. However I have a sweet tooth, knowing this addiction would break me, I switched to fruit (sable grapes are insanely good) and eat like a pig, and don't put on weight. I feel younger, and better, and would highly recommend anyone to cut out processed food and sugar. Try it for one month, and please tell me the results.
Davids story is a constant reminder to me that it's so easy to slip back, and because of this I am extra vigilant of my thought processes, paying close attention to the negative ones that can lead to giving up.
I hope that others find inspiration from it to
