LAS VEGAS — Las Vegas police are looking for clues as to who might be responsible for the shooting that occurred near the intersection of Harmon Avenue and Aldebaran Avenue.

A fight on the third floor of the Miracle Mile Shops parking garage in Las Vegas was related to a shooting in which at least three people were struck, two of them killed, by gunfire around 1:20 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 19.

Police received a report of the shooting 10 minutes later. They dispatched officers to Harmon Avenue and Aldebaran Avenue, where they found one female shooting victim lying in the street, who was later pronounced dead.

Two others, a man and woman, were also struck by gunfire yet were able to pull their vehicle into The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas valet parking. The woman died at the hospital.

After reviewing security footage from the parking garage, police confirmed the couple were in fact involved in the preceding fight. Las Vegas Metro Police tweeted vital statistics about the shooting and advised the public to avoid the area.
