To translate image text in 3G mobile is very very simple. I have Karbonn A12 Mobile which is 3G mobile. In this, there are lots of apps. One app, you have download free from play store. This play store is of Google. From this play store, you have to download and install translate app.
In second step, you have to press the translate app. In translate app, you have to choose the language in which you have to translate. I am Indian, so, I am interested to translate from english image text to hindi text. So, you will see left below side a button of camera icon. Press it. After press, you will take a picture or image of your written text on your notebook. Now, you have to clean this image. Actually, this is scan. After scaning, you will see the meaning of your image text in your translated language. I had written Good in notebook. I got its text meaning in hindi Achha.
