Fishcamp: Past The Pavement is a brand new reality show produced by Recoil Creative Group for Wild TV. Three camera crews capture one season at three fishing lodges, far from the modern conveniences of city living. It’s a challenge making it all come together for the guests at some of Saskatchewan’s most successful fly-in fishing lodges.
Meet Ron, the grocery bagger-turned-bush pilot; Simon & Wendy, a couple who don’t mind being alone together; Yosh, a city boy determined to make the most of every crazy situation he finds himself in; Scott, the deck hand; Al, the renegade chef and Greg, the troubleshooter – literally!
Located in the far northern reaches of Saskatchewan, life at Selwyn Lake and Thompson resorts is secluded and idyllic – this is until fishing season opens! Promising comedy, drama and big personalities set on a backdrop of rarely seen northern forests, lakes and rivers, Fishcamp shows you don’t need to have anything in common but camaraderie, hardwork and a few fish.
