When the Iowa rut is heating up there are certain times, when you just have to be in a tree. But when you have other commitments, sometimes the not so expecting person steps to the plate. A mother and her son get a chance to hunt together when a dad and the other son are taken away by a football game. When they get the job done, you would have thought that the entire family had just won the lottery. A mother is able to share a truly special afternoon with her son.
