Drone shows damage caused by Taiwan earthquake

Aerial footage shows the site of a 17-storey apartment block toppled by a 6.4 magnitude earthquake in the southern Taiwanese city of Tainan. A rescue operation continues at the scene, as workers try to rescue those trapped inside.
