Three girl medical students commit suicide

Villupuram (Tamil Nadu), Jan 24 (ANI): Three girl students of SVS Yoga Medical College in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu allegedly committed suicide. They accused the college administration of charging excess of fees and torture. They held college chairman Vasuki Subramanian responsible for their suicide. The bodies of the students were fished out of a well close to the college. The bodies have been sent to a hospital for post-mortem examinations. Meanwhile, police have initiated a probe into the matter. However, one of the victim’s father requested people to stand in solidarity with the victim students.
