At least eight German tourists have been killed and several other foreigners injured in a suicide bomb attack in Istanbul, Turkish officials say. The Turkish prime minister said militants loyal to so-called Islamic State were behind the attack which happened in the Sultanahmet district, near the city's famous Blue Mosque.
