Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán says Hungarians should not be discriminated against, after talks with David Cameron over European Union reform proposals. Orbán says: ‘We would like to make it clear that we are not migrants in the EU but citizens of the European Union who can freely take up work anywhere within the EU.’ Cameron says that he is confident an agreement can be reached on welfare reforms.
