Lovers Quarrel Leads to Road Havoc

A man arguing with his girlfriend pulled the handbrake while they were traveling at over 90 km/h on the freeway south of Tainan City yesterday. A taxi carrying 6 passengers managed to stop before hitting the first car, but was slammed by a truck traveling behind it.
