This follows Tom and his friend as they both journey to work. Tom is a careful rider, but his friend is reckless. Some great old scenes of London, and some interesting if a little out of date advice on road safety. Check out 5:34, it obviously was not in the script for him to stop for the old lady on the zebra crossing!
