Swing that Music - Marty Grosz 1993
Filmed during a solo performance at the 1993 Brecon Jazz Festival in England we see guitarist/humorist/raconteur/vocalist Marty Grosz all by himself in a perfect performance.
He sings and plays his accoustic guitar in a medley called “If we never meet again” and then swings on into “Swing that Music”
After seeing this I opened a special playlist featuring Marty Grosz in many different musical settings. Marty born in 1930 has followed in the artistic footsteps of his father George Grosz, a famous German painter. Different fields maybe but both brilliant talents.
