Amarinder Singh demands justice for rajini

ਐਲੀਮੇਂਟਰੀ ਟੀਚਰ ਰਜਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਸਾਫ ਮਿੱਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਭੋਗਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੂੰ 22 ਮਾਰਚ, 2015 ਨੂੰ ਜਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ 'ਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸਦੀ ਗਰਭ 'ਚ ਪੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੋਨਾਂ ਥਾਂਈਂ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ, ਪਰ 9 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਫਸਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ!
ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਦਲਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ। ਮੈਂ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਸੱਤਾ 'ਚ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਔਰਤਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਿਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Justice must be given to elementary teacher Rajni, who had to face a traumatic experience due to police atrocities. She was forced into custody on March 22, 2015, which led to her miscarriage. We raised the issue repeatedly both in the assembly and outside but even 9 months later, no action has been taken against the culprit officer!
There are repeated incidents where girls or women have been denied justice, be it dalit or any other section of the society. I vow that once we are back in power, we'll take strict and timely action against those who are guilty. There will be ZERO tolerance towards atrocities against women.
