scumbag landlord shitty property he tried to switch out on a grandmother

this is a property that a landlord of the previous video property shown, tried to force the in-lease tenant to take in place of the property in the previous video, and take that property and try and lease it to someone else again (most likely so he could use it to force another of the many crapped out uninhabitable properties on the next person who unsuspectingly signed on for it. he has bought a tremendous amount of these properties on loans and does not properly take care of any of it, so beware of this landlord
