After six months of planning and 24 hours of traveling French freeskiers (try saying that five times fast) Jérôme Chanal and Guillaume Harleaux have arrived in Hakuba for the first stop of their big Japanese ski trip. Hakuba is located in the Nagano prefecture of Honshu, the main island of Japan and hosted some of the 1998 Winter Olympics.

They are greeted by Liberty Skis team riders, Ryuya Yoshida and Momoyo Magosaki who take them deep into powder-filled forests in order to take shelter from the elements. Filthy tree runs and pillow lines abound and everyone gets the requisite face shots. Don't miss the bonus footage of the crew taking a few runs dressed in traditional Japanese 'yukata'.
