Zuckerberg pledges to give away $45 billion to charity

The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and his wife, Priscilla Chan, have promised to give away 99% of their shares in Facebook over their lifetime, worth $45 billion. They made the announcement in an open letter to their baby girl, Max. Also today: a new Oxfam study shows the richest 10% of the global population are responsible for half of the world's greenhouse gases.
