Turkey shoots down Russian fighter jet

Ankara, Nov 24 (EFE).- Turkey confirmed on Tuesday the downing of a Russian Air Force Su-24 fighter jet, for allegedly violating its airspace on the Syrian-Turkish border and announced that it will present the matter to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or NATO, and the United Nations.
