Arme qe i përkasin shekujve 17 dhe 18 si dhe dhjetëra elemente kostumesh popullore te Gjirokastrës, po i nënshtrohen restaurimit te specialisteve te huaj. Kjo ndërhyrje behet pas 30 vjetësh dhe është hera e pare qe realizohet ne Gjirokastër. 15 armët dhe 30 kostumet janë pjese e muzeut te armeve dhe atij etnografik. Shtate specialistet qe vijnë nga shtete te ndryshme janë me një eksperience shumëvjeçarë për restaurimin dhe konservimin e objekteve te rralla. Pas restaurimit disa prej objekteve do te shërbejnë për pasurimin e muzeut te ri "Kronike ne gur" qe do te hapet ne mjediset e kalasë se Gjirokastrës.

Weapons that belong to the ages 17 and 18 as well as dozens of popular costumes Gjirokastra elements, are subject to restoration of foreign specialists.
