I did this tutorial first on my sister and now I did it on my hair this time as promised. This tutorial is a great substitute for my Straw curls method 6 which was the No heat Miley Cyrus waves, and if you don't have the Bun cloth thing from My Korean Mool Gyul waves then this can be a good alternative.
