Drunk man in Romford tries to move fixed concrete bollard

Workers in an office opposite The Brickyard Bar and Grill in Romford had some afternoon entertainment recently when they witnessed a drunk man try and move a fixed concrete bollard. And luckily for us all, they filmed it.
