The ASC 7400 F is a non-destructive integrity tester for pre-filled syringes.
It offers a highly efficient alternative to the traditional methylene blue dye test: it’s able to detect 10 times smaller leaks, in just a matter of seconds!
Test results are stored and a test report in PDF format can be generated for traceability.
Its operation is simple :
- The operator inserts the syringe in the test chamber
- He closes it, and presses the Start button
- The test now runs automatically…
- At the end of the test, the green light confirms the syringe is leak tight.
No alteration has been made to the syringe, which can be returned to production.
The next syringe has a very small leak.
- Again, the syringe is inserted, the chamber is closed, and the operator presses the Start button
- The red light comes on, indicating a leak has been detected.
The machine remains locked; an authorised reset is required to unlock and remove the product.
