Still keeping an eagle eye on Kepong

SPECIAL REPORT ON KL: Progression is a welcome companion in any endeavour. But the thing about progression is that it is punctuated with plateaus which are mistaken as the end of a good run. In reality, these plateaus are a resting point to catch one's breath, survey the travelled trail and map the journey forward. After 34 years of serving the same constituency, Kepong MP Tan Seng Giaw has reached a plateau and is doing just that. Over the past three decades he has helped shape Kepong's evolution from a sleepy hollow into a vibrant suburb.
