Volkswagen to start recall scandal-hit cars in January

Madrid, Oct 7 (EFE). - Volkswagen new chief executive, Matthias Mueller said that the company plans to start repairs of vehicles affected by its emission scandal in January, an operation expected to be completed in late 2016.
