Medical teams from Ichud Hatzalah, a volunteer emergency medical service, have been among the first to arrive on the scene of the recent attacks in Jerusalem. Yehuda Goldberg, director of Ichud Hatzalah's operations room, told the BBC's Middle East editor Jeremy Bowen there was unity between Arabs and Jews working together with the common goal of saving lives.
