Obama on all fronts: From Afghanistan to Cameroon (part 1)

The White House hits pause on its retreat from Afghanistan, while it still operates in Syria, Iraq and Somalia. Barack Obama announced 300 military advisors and drones for Cameroon, which is feeling the spillover in the north from Boko Haram. Can Muhammadu Buhari really make good on his pledge to stamp out the insurgency by the end of December? We'll see how the US fares in Africa and how its view of the continent has evolved since its disastrous 1993 Black Hawk Down mission in Somalia.
