Nobel peace prize in Tunisia, Syria's red October and tensions in Israel (part 1)

The Nobel peace prize goes to Tunisia's National Dialogue Quartet for their work mediating the transition from strongman rule to multi-party democracy. Also, Russia intensifies its air campaign in Syria, including missiles fired from the Caspian Sea over Iran and Iraq. Some are talking of a World War Three brewing over Syria, which may be an overstretch. But is it an overstretch to talk of a third Intifada, with violence spiralling first in Jerusalem and the West Bank and now near Gaza?
