Speaking to TIMES NOW, Karnataka Home minister KJ George made an outrageous comment, saying that a rape can not be called gang-rape unless 4-5 people are involved in the act. “How is it gang-rape if two people rape. Shouldn’t be there three or four people for it to be called gang rape. The minister made this remarks while replying to a question related to the alleged rape of a BPO employee by two men in a tempo traveller.
