The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board ( GSHSEB) to review the semester system introduced in the HSC science exams in 2009. The semester system instead of reducing the examination burden on the students was putting more burden of four examinations. Even the parents were not spared of this system as they have to shell out an additional for their kids.
