BallisticBBQ brings us this mouthwatering recipe for some lobster tacos with jicama (an edible root) tortillas. The lobster meat is lightly breaded and fried, garnished with sweet chili sauce, fresh cilantro, green onions and Thai chili. The tortillas are made from shaved jicama root for a light flavor and perfect crunch. Delicious!
