Nazarbayev offers "new future" for United Nations

United Nations, Sep 28 (EFE).- Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev gazed three decades into the future here Monday in a speech to the U.N. General Assembly that envisioned a single world currency and a Global Strategic Plan to mark what would be the 100th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations.
