Froth above Toxic Level at Bellandur Lake in Bengaluru

It looks like the Bengaluru civic body officials have learnt no lesson. The frothing at Bellandur Lake has aggravated, following a heavy downpour in the city. Residents are complaining that the foam spilling onto the road is heckling them as they are unable to walk or drive past the lake.
