Learn how to make Hot Chocolate Pudding, a delicious fudge recipe with Priyanka.

Chocolates can never be boring. Any form of chocolate are always welcome. A yummy hot chocolate pudding on a rainy and breezy evening is no less than a dream come true. Priyanka is confident that if you are a chocolate lover you have to try this recipe at home. So go ahead and give it a try.

Ingredients:

Flour – 1 cup
Coco powder - 2 1/2 tbsps
Baking powder – 1 ½ tsps
Sugar – 3/4th cup
Milk – ½ cup
Unsalted butter (melted) – 2tbsps
Water – 1/3 rd cup
Dark Chocolate chips – ½ cup
Coffee Syrup - 1 tsp

Method:

For the batter
- Sift together flour, coco powder, baking powder in a bowl.
- Add sugar and give it a light whisk
- In another bowl mix milk, coffee syrup and unsalted melted butter. Add this to the dry ingredients and gently fold them together.
- Spoon the batter in a lightly buttered 5 inch to 7 inch baking tin.

For the sauce
- Boil water and pour it over chocolate chunks and mix till the sauce is smooth
- Pour the sauce over the cake batter and bake at 200 degree celcius for 30-35 minutes
- Dust with some icing sugar and a scoop of icecream and have it warm.
