Delhi Government Vigilance Department on Tuesday (September 15) made chargesheet against Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) Chief MK Meena, accusing him of being involved in a curtain purchase scam during his tenure as Principal of Police Training College in Delhi. In his complaint, a retired inspector of Police Training College (PTC), Jharoda Kalan, Jawahar Lal, has accused Meena of embezzling Rs 20 lakh while purchasing curtains and curtain rods as Principal of the college between May 11 and July 25, 2005.
