The new Pakatan Rakyat state government of Selangor was sworn in today by DYMM Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj ibni Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Al-Haj.
A pleasant surprise is the appointment of Teng Chang Khim as Speaker of the State Assembly.
Former menteri besar Dr Khir Toyo however said that Teng would be more valuable as a councilor because of his vast experience.
