Perkasa has lodged an official protest with the United States government over statements issued by ex-ambassador John R Malott in his blog, alleging that the Malay rights NGO is a militant organisation.
Ibrahim Ali, Perkasa's president, handed over a memorandum to acting US deputy ambassador to Malaysia Brian McPhearson and political councillor Jeremy B Nathan at the US Embassy in Kuala Lumpur today.
