Gujarat government held Hardik Patel responsible for the violence in Gujarat over an agitation demanding job reservation for the Patel community. Gujarat government replied to notice received by High Court. According to report, violence broke out because of vitriolic messages which were sent by Hardik Patel on the eve of Patidar Maha rally in Ahmedabad.
