British Airways Boeing 777 Erupts in Flames at Las Vegas Airport

A British Airways plane burst into flame at Las Vegas’ McCarran Airport, Tuesday, with all 172 passengers aboard the flight forced to evacuate the plane and leave the runway while firefighting crews arrived to handle the situation. Flames erupted from the fuselage of the 275-seater B777-200, which has a list price of over $260 million, sending large plumes of smoke into the air, which could be seen from quite a distance away.
