Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos called for an emergency meeting of the Union of South American Nations to deal with the crisis along the Venezuela-Colombia border. Santos is meeting today with his cabinet and Ricardo Lozano, the country's ambassador to Venezuela who has been recalled for consultations.
