Mexico: Few Advances Scored at Arms Trade Conference

Representatives from 121 countries met in Cancun, Mexico from August 24 to 27 for the 1st Conference of State Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty. The aim of the meeting was to determine how the treaty would monitor the arms trade.
