These are the initiatives that we work on every year to ensure that we remain not only the largest but also the leading Saudi insurance provider," explains Raeed A. Al-Tamimi, CEO of Tawuniya.
"We also have to develop further analysis of the market to establish which segments we are not penetrating sufficiently to be able to add services for our clients in order to keep us ahead of our competition. I think we are the leading provider because of the services we offer."
